Good & Evil Chocolate

Prior to Anthony Bourdain's passing, I had the privilege of collaborating with him and Eric Ripert on an exclusive project for Williams Sonoma, which resulted in the creation of the "Good and Evil" chocolate bar. Anthony Bourdain himself shared his thoughts on the product, remarking, "A touch of guilt, in the right proportions, can enhance one's simple pleasures. This bar boasts the perfect amalgamation of virtuous ingredients and mischievous intent. Indulge at your own risk – you'll find yourself coming back for more."

The success of "Good and Evil" was so great that the following season, we introduced "Salt & Sin." For this new project, I drew inspiration from the duality of devil and angel symbolism, representing the concepts of good and evil. I thoroughly enjoyed crafting the design, which embodies simplicity and refinement, presented in a single color and accentuated with foil stamping.
