Each Autumn, Williams Sonoma unveils fresh varieties of tinned candies. In the assortment showcased below, I was the creative mind behind the Butterscotch Truffles and Bourbon Almond Brittle.

 

Originally intended for a single season, the Brittle tin proved to be so successful that it earned itself a place in our year-round offerings, ultimately becoming one of Williams Sonoma's best-selling tins.
